Big-picture Activism

We certainly need activists to work to revive rivers, plant trees, protect ecologically sensitive areas and more. But we also need “big picture” activism to get more people to understand the complex and systemic issues created by the centralized governance, economic globalization, huge transnational organisations, as well as TV and other media colonise our minds and shape our aspirations without giving a thought to sustainability.
